LENOX Reciprocating Saw Blade, Double-Tang, Diamond Grit, 9-Inch

The Lenox Tools 1766338 Double Tang Diamond Grit Reciprocating Saw Blade 8-Inch 1-Pack is specifically designed for cutting Cast iron. This blade will eliminate the need for using a snap cutter, making the job of removing cast iron pipe easier and safer. The Nickel alloy-brazed particles maintain sharpness to keep cutting after conventional carbide grit fails allowing you to cut more pipe without changing blades. This blade also has a narrow kerf which allows you to make thinner and faster cuts. Unlike Bulky snap cutters which crush the pipe and leaves ragged, uneven cuts, this blade leaves a nice clean cut. The double tang feature on this blade allows you to get twice the life out of it versus a traditional one tang blade. When one side wears out, simply turn it around and use the other. Since most cutting is done with only a third of the blades cutting edge, when you turn it around, you have a virtually new blade ready to go, which allows you to save both time and money.
